The Engagement Dashboard allows console users to view and manage multiple assessments they are part of. This update provides access to migration partners involved in assessment delivery but not registered as Licensing or Delivery partners with Cloudamize. These partners can now access assessments through console users, streamlining collaboration and project oversight.
We have enhanced user management in the Cloudamize console to improve collaboration and flexibility. Previously, the same user could not be associated with multiple assessments. Now, a user from a migration partner can be associated with multiple assessments, even if they share the same email address.
To add a user to an assessment:
Log in to the Cloudamize console: https://console.cloudamize.com
Go to Home > Settings. Select Manage User.
Click Add User
If the user you are adding already exists in another assessment, a pop-up will appear asking for confirmation.
Click Add to confirm. The user will be successfully added to the assessment.
Console users can now view all their associated engagements on the new Engagement Dashboard. This dedicated screen displays a list of all engagements with key details like email, assessment status, and more.
When a user logs in to the console:
If they are associated with a single assessment, they will be directed to the Home page as below.
If the user is associated with multiple engagements, they will land on the Engagements screen below to view and manage their projects.
Users can access any engagement from the Engagement Dashboard and navigate to its console. To return to the Engagement Dashboard, select the 'Engagements' option from the dropdown menu.
